CARDIAC-EVENTS SERIES

HRV signal derived from the ECG by considering the occurrence of each R-wave an event, and by expressing the events by infinitesimal pulses or delta-functions.

If tn is the occurrence time of the n-th R-wave, the cardiac event series CE(t) is given by:
